WhichFilterFits is a free, informational website run by Janackeh Blackwell, an individual in the United States. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only

Our guides explain which replacement filters fit which appliances and HVAC systems, based on manufacturer documents and other sources we cite on each page. They are general information, not professional advice. We don't give installation, repair, plumbing, electrical or HVAC service advice.

Before you buy or install a filter, check your appliance's or system's own manual, the label on your old filter, or the manufacturer. Ask a qualified technician if you're unsure. Manufacturers change part numbers, designs and certifications, and a source can be wrong or out of date.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate, and each guide shows when we last checked it and what we couldn't verify. Even so, the site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and compatibility with your equipment.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its content. That includes a filter that doesn't fit, a purchase, or damage to equipment. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Prices, products and other websites

We don't list prices. Sellers set prices and availability, and they change often. Links to manufacturers, retailers and other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices or policies. Your purchases are between you and the seller.

Brand names and part numbers belong to their owners. We use them only to identify products. WhichFilterFits isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any appliance maker, filter brand or certification body.

You're welcome to read, share links to and print our pages for personal use. Please don't copy whole guides to republish elsewhere without asking.
